Richard H.K. Teng

Founder

Richard signed on as the 1st batch Army Officer in 1966 and resigned from the Army in 1979 as a Captain. Prior to joining the Army, he was in the PSA Police Force from 1964 to 1966. Whilst he was serving in the Army, he held various positions. His last three years from 1976 to 1979 he was in the Military Police and was a Commandant in KDB, a hard core detentions barrack. He also had the privilege of being the Commander of the Guard of Honour Contingent during one of the National Day Parades. He is also a vivid sportsman and played soccer for SAFSA.

In 1983 he set up a Security Company called Westpoint Protective Security and Investigations Pte Ltd. With his vast knowledge of the security industry, he continued to be in this industry till the present day. Although the Company has gone through a few changes, his aim and mission has not changed and that is to serve and to be the BEST.

Maziah

Co-Founder/Licensee

Maziah has more than 32 years of experience in the security industry. She joined the security industry in 1982 and started as a clerk in Richard’s earlier Company (Jori Investigation & Security Service).

In 1983, Westpoint Protective Security and Investigation Pte Ltd was formed. She took on multiple roles to ensure she is familiar with the daily operations.

With her experience in the industry, she decided to establish the current Eagle I Security Services Pte Ltd in 2008 as a Licensee till present.
